Zaynukov is from Makhachkala, Dagestan, a region celebrated for producing some of the most dominant fighters in the sport today. Zaynukov trains with an elite group, including MMA legend and former UFC Lightweight Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, current Bellator Lightweight Champion Usman Nurmagomedov, and reigning UFC Lightweight Champion Islam Makhachev. Zaynukov is currently on a 5-fight win streak and has won 11 of his last 12 bouts. A three-time UAE Warriors competitor, Zaynukov holds an undefeated 3-0 record in the organization and has fought 20 professional bouts since his debut in February 2013.
